1. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• Account: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.
• AI Generated Content: The App utilizes artificial intelligence to generate text replies based on user input. You understand that AI-generated content is probabilistic and may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unintended outputs. We are not liable for the consequences of any messages you choose to send based on the App's suggestions.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
• Generate content that violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
• Upload images or text containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of third parties without their explicit consent. You retain full liability for the content you submit.
• Attempt to bypass the App's rate limits, usage tracking, or subscription paywalls.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial: The App may offer a free trial period for its premium subscription. You will be automatically billed at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it expires.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription or manage auto-renewal settings at any time through your Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or web billing portal settings. Deleting your LetHimCook AI account or deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple, Google, or our web Merchant of Record (e.g., Dodo Payments/Stripe). We cannot issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective payment processor in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LetHimCook AI and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LetHimCook AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
(iii) any content obtained from the App.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LetHimCook AI is an entertainment and productivity tool; its suggestions should not be construed as professional, legal, or psychological advice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India for the resolution of any disputes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
