• Text and Images: To generate AI replies, you may submit text snippets or screenshots of your conversations.
• Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data (e.g., number of replies generated, session duration, app crashes) to improve our service.

Financial Data

We do not store your credit card details. All subscription payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or our web payment provider (Dodo Payments / Stripe). Subscriptions are managed via these respective platforms or Superwall.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate personalized AI text replies via our third-party AI providers.
• Process and manage your subscription and free trials.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
• Prevent fraudulent transactions and monitor against theft.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

• AI Processing: Text and images you submit for reply generation are securely sent to our third-party AI provider (OpenAI) exclusively for processing. They are not used to train public AI models.
• Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors that perform services for us (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Superwall and Dodo Payments for subscription management, Sentry for crash reporting).
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Our database employs strict Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is isolated and secure. However, no data transmission over the Internet or cellular network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

You can request account deletion directly within the App settings or by contacting us.
